If you received an invitation to graduate, this means you were identified as a student who could potentially complete their qualification this year. Before confirming your place in a ceremony, we check with your Faculty to ensure you have completed all the components of your qualification.

If you have received a message saying you are not eligible to graduate, it's because your Faculty have advised that unfortunately you will not complete all the requirements for your qualification in time for the current ceremony round.

This can happen for a number of reasons:

- You have failed or not completed one of your papers

- You have a portfolio due that is still outstanding

- You have not completed one of the core components of the paper (e.g. a writing or computer competency module)

- You might have only recently submitted a final assessment for marking that will not be marked in time for graduation

- You have some papers under another qualification that have not been transferred across to your main qualification

If you're not sure why you're not eligible to graduate, or you have questions about completing your qualification, please contact your Faculty or Division.
