Our Student Centre Team can help you with your Student ID card. You will need to send a passport style photo of yourself along with your full name and Student ID number to idcards@waikato.ac.nz if you are a Hamilton student or uwt@waikato.ac.nz if Your are a Tauranga Student.
If you are ordering a replacement card these cost $20 and proof of payment will be required before your card is printed. You can either pay for your card via internet banking and send in a screenshot as proof of payment along with your email request, or you can pay in person via bank card at the Student Centre in Hamilton or Tauranga. If your card is faulty, please contact the Student Centre to arrange a free replacement.
Please note that we can only issue an ID card once you are fully enrolled.
