The 'Pending Submission' status means you have not yet accepted the declaration and submitted your change of enrolment to the University.
To do this, go to Qualifications and Papers, and select 'Complete enrolment'. Next to 'Choose papers' select 'Next'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Paper Selection page and select 'Confirm papers.'
