You can see the status of your enrolment in the 'Qualifications and Papers' tab of MyWaikato, under the name of your qualification. There are many statuses your enrolment may have, for example:
- 'Pending submission' means you have started your enrolment but you need to complete it by confirming your papers and submitting your declaration.
- 'Pending approval' or 'Change pending approval' means your enrolment is with University staff to approve.
- 'Approved - Conditional' means your papers have been approved, but there are still some conditions which need to be met before you are fully enrolled (for example, we may be waiting on your NCEA results).
- 'Change Approved' means you asked for a change of enrolment which has been approved, and now you need to accept your Notification of Change in order to complete your enrolment.
- 'Approved' means that you have been accepted into your selected papers and need to accept your enrolment agreement.
- 'Enrolled' this means that you are fully enrolled into your selected papers.
If you have chosen your papers, the status of each paper will also show in MyWaikato.
