If you have a query about your assessment result, you have the right to ask for a reconsideration.

- First, you should discuss the matter with the lecturer or convenor of your paper (as listed in the paper outline). If they agree that reconsideration is warranted, they are responsible for ensuring the work is re-marked (which may be done by another staff member).

- If you aren’t satisfied with the outcome, you should approach the Chairperson of Department.

- If discussion with the Chairperson of Department does not lead to an acceptable resolution, you may express your concerns, in writing, to the Dean of your School/Faculty.

Note: If your concern relates to you final grade, you can request a review of grade.
