If you're a domestic student, you need to complete your enrolment and pay your fees before the start of the semester (in which you will begin studying). See exact deadlines in the University Calendar.
After you select your papers and submit your enrolment, the University will send you an Enrolment Agreement. In order to complete your enrolment, you need to accept this agreement and tell us how you'll pay your fees. Some payment methods (online banking, credit card) require you to pay right away, while others (student loan) will be processed later.
If you are an International student, you will need to pre-pay indicative fees, as this is a requirement for obtaining a student visa. You should pre-pay your fees and apply for your student visa as early as possible.
