As an international student, you will be required to prepay your tuition fees as per the offer prior to coming to New Zealand. The options for making your payment are:

• Online Transfer (Flywire or Convera Australia Pty Ltd)

• Telegraphic Transfer

Please refer to this link for more information

Please ensure you pay the amount that is quoted on your Enrolment Agreement/offer and that you include your student ID. This will help us to identify your payment quickly and credit this money to your tuition fee record.

When prepaying your tuition fees from overseas, we prefer you to use on online payment portal. We prefer these providers because they are a faster, more reliable way for you to pay.

You can pay from your bank account with a telegraphic transfer or domestic transfer. Log in to make your payment.

Once payment has been received you will be sent a receipt which you should present to Immigration New Zealand with your student visa application.

When you make a payment, please notify the University Admissions Office by emailing the details of the payment, including your student ID number, to the email address on your offer letter. A receipt will be issued by the University when the payment has been receipted into the University of Waikato bank account.
